Description

There are tons of resources and grants available to help you on your journey as a new nonprofit founder or a business owner.

In this week’s podcast, I speak with Danielle Shingieti. She shares how she was able to get her new nonprofit website built for free! We also discuss tips on balancing a nonprofit as a mother and how to manage time wisely.

Danielle is the Founder and President of Consulting Color. She is married and the mother of a 3-year-old daughter. She is a graduate of George Mason University in Information Technology and has worked in the Service Delivery industry for over 20 years. Starting her early career on early childhood education and upon graduating from University switched to Information Technology Service Management. Specifically, focusing on Quality Management, Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance. In her spare time, she enjoys action and sci-fi movies and video games. She owes her drive to her parents, whose own entrepreneurial goals and strong work ethic laid the foundation for where she is and is going today. She believes that with Collective, Cooperative, Collaboration we can achieve anything!

Consulting Color's mission is to provide a network of consultative resources and services to women of color-led businesses to help them grow and thrive. Their incubator/accelerator program is designed by women, women-led, and is women-focused.
