Run through them. Power through them.
Those are the challenging thoughts I had to face as limiting beliefs ran through my mind while completing my first half-marathon recently.
I had to fight through them, just like I had to fight through the pain and discomfort on that 13.1-mile trek.
The good thing is, you don't have to work so hard to learn how I pushed through the pain and doubt.
