Hi everyone, I am still here in week two of another episode!! Feels good to be back on a routine...In this episode, I open up about a lot, but the main focus is committing to committing. What do I mean by that? Whenever you are like "Yeah I am going to work out 4x a week" or "I am going to start reading this book " and it comes to it and you make an excuse of why you "can't"...and you get annoyed at yourself because you were motivated at the beginning of the week to do it. I hope you can relate to this. But I really go into committing to committing and following what you want to do. When you do follow what you want to do it feels so good and for me, it's at that moment where it turns into a routine and not an "Ugh gotta do this". Motivation isn't always there, but we can be disciplined enough to be committed to our commitments.
