Hello everyone, to be complely honest this episode was going to be called "turning a bad experiance to a good one" however as I started to talk and express more I realized that it was more focused on the mental health side. Lately I have been in a rut and feeling really drained with everything, when I feel this way I catch myself thinking negitive thoughts which is normal, but be mindful of how you speak to yourself. I am learning to give myself days to do nothing and be ok with not being ok in the moment...just know that life is beautuful and nothing is that bad ever. We all go through moments of weakness, its normal. Be yourself and know that you are doing amazing. xoxo brit =^.^=
