Hi everyone, long time no talk :( so sorry. Better late than never....anyways thank you for coming back to hello, it's time to be you!! a place where you can just be yourself and not have to be anyone else. In today's episode, I dive into my thoughts about "getting back on track" and you can see I put quotes around it. I feel there is so much pressure on us to get back on track coming off a vacation, going out and drinking, and not working out, the list can go on. Why? Do you ever ask yourself the question why do I have to "get back on track"? I know silly, obviously, I understand that if you have a bad habit and want to get back to good habits understandable. But when it comes to enjoying ourselves and maybe eating too much or not working out as much in a week, why do we get so hard on ourselves? It is ok. I used to be so hard on myself if I missed a workout or ate too much cake...all I am saying is I am all about balance and listening to yourself, while at the same time pushing yourself to be the best you.
