This episode is really raw about my current state of mind, and learning that it is ok to not be ok. Sometimes you are not as happy as you were last week, and thats ok...we all have moments in life where you're not happy but not sad, just kinda there. When you feel that way just know its ok, and that the feeling wont last forever. We all have our days, and trying to force yourself to be happy is impossoble. You have to accept where you're at and know it takes effort to get better. Hope everyone has a great day, week, month, year and do something that challenges you!
