Good morning everyone :) we are a little late to be uploading but it is here!! In today's episode, we talk about perspective and mindfulness. Aria and I had a deep conversation maybe about a week ago due to me feeling low and discouraged. One word that stuck with me he talked about is perspective. A lot of the time when we are feeling low and overwhelmed we forget about every good thing. We only focus on what is bad. In my situation, I was feeling low about what I was doing (career-wise)...Aria reminded me of all the good and how lucky we are to be where we are at. At that point, I started to cry because I realized how much this isn't me. But, also it's okay to feel those emotions. It takes a low point to realize how lucky we actually are. Anyways, mindfulness is a great way to stop those running thoughts...it could be anything that brings you peace. Walking, watching tv, cleaning, calling someone, writing stuff down, planning...really anything that makes you feel good. Lastly, we all feel the same emotions but in different ways. Never feel like you are all alone, once you express how you feel the other person more than likely has felt the same way.
