Hi everyone, hope you are doing well!! here in the US, we are about to celebrate the 4th of July..funny story, my dad is from England, and his birthday falls on July 4th haha :) so we celebrate him!!! Anyways, welcome back to the pod...I did have an episode ready but last minute I deleted it because I wasn't satisfied with how I approached the conversation. As you can see I talk about social media the good and the bad. I personally used to be really in love with it, I had a better mindset than I do now and that really is my fault for allowing it. But to each their own, I go into detail on the two sides of social media. I have a personal story with a negative side to it, but like I said I allowed it. Theres always good and bad to really anything, it is controlling how much time you give it.
