Checking out all the damage from the most recent Hail Storm that hit Norman, Oklahoma 48 hours ago. There are tree limbs down all over the city. There were construction crews all over the city yesterday cutting down tree limbs that had fallen down. Just FYI there was a lot of wind in the background on this episode, wanted ya’ll to get all the vibes of nature. Help ground you. My biggest listening comes from those at work during the daytime.
