Description

In Luke 19:1-10, Jesus encounters Zacchaeus, a chief tax collector, in Jericho. Zacchaeus climbs a tree to see Jesus, who calls him down and says He must stay at Zacchaeus' house.

Despite people grumbling that Jesus was going to be the guest of a sinner, Zacchaeus declares he will give to the poor and restore what he has taken. Jesus declares salvation has come to Zacchaeus's house because the Son of Man came to seek and save the lost.

The message emphasizes what we seek matters, that Jesus is always on purpose, knows our names, and wants to be with us, bringing peace.
