I’m going to talk about how my personal experience with self-doubt in Guatemala, a research study on ‘Self-Doubt Across Strata of Academic Science’, and how you can utilize self-doubt through three steps: acknowledging what you’re feeling, reframing your perspective, and connecting to a greater purpose.
