“I shoulda worked out.”
“I shoulda said yes.”
“I shoulda been more disciplined.”
We’ve all been there. But those “shoulda” thoughts? They don’t serve your wellness.
They’re rooted in guilt, shame, and pressure to perform.
And they disconnect you from what you actually need.
