Real talk . For some reason it’s considered weak when you have emotions that need managing and you let it out !!! Hakuna Matata , I let mine out and I feel so much better ! As humans we have to welcome any emotions that come over us when we’re triggered , sit with them , let them flow while analyzing and gracefully see them out the door !
