Dr. Bui Chi Trung is a Vietnamese professor in the faculty of Global Culture and Communication at Aichi Shukutoku University. Over the course of his 50 years in Japan, he has worked in-depth on cultural diversity policy and intercultural communication in Japan and Australia, and is one of the leading minds on immigration in Japan today.
