Here is the last episode of season one of In Pursuit of Passion, where we were joined by the amazing and inspiring Lewis Alexander Baxter to speak about his passion for mental health and wellbeing. Lewis found his passion and got involved in the non-profit sector at an early age through his own adversity and mental health challenges. Through such challenges, he has set up his non-profit Hullo, become an award winning public speaker and has become a considerable voice within the mental health space. Through his speech at TedX Durham, to endless media appearances, it is evidence that Lewis has a passion for what he does.
In this episode, Lewis and I spoke about surrounding ourselves with a diverse range of perspectives, positively shaping people’s lives and believing that we are braver than we think, stronger than we seem and smarter than we think.
