FTX raised up to $1 billion, which would keep the company’s valuation at roughly $32 billion, in line with it’s prior round. The privately held company has been on a buying frenzy during the “crypto winter.” Negotiations are ongoing and the terms could change, said the sources, who asked not to be named because the talks are confidential.
