Mark Gomez is a childhood friend of mine that attempted to influence me in many negative ways, but was clearly unsuccessful! He now attempts to influence others in a positive way as a Drug Treatment Specialist for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. He is the father of two awesome kiddos, Allyson and Gael, which are his extrinsic motivation to live a productive life. On his free time he likes to spend time outdoors and hike. During his time as a hiker, he has summited the tallest mountain in Colorado, Mt Elbert, which sparked his love for hiking tall peeks.
Mark's love for all music began early in life and continues till this day. He considers progressive rock, rock en español, and mariachi as his favorite genres in music. These three genres have continued to be part of his life’s score. One of his favorite hobbies is to watch reaction videos of his favorite bands and hear others interpret his favorite songs. He believes music is essential to an emotional well being as it tends to aid in expressing thoughts that may be difficult to share with just words.
