Leisha is a mama of 2 and lover of all things crunchy. She took her 10 years of hospital experience as an RN and her passion for health, and started working with women to help them thrive in motherhood through real-life health programs.
She loves the outdoors, reading, and having adventures, and can usually be found at the grocery store or in the kitchen cooking up something for her family.
She is dedicated to helping busy women overcome stress, brain fog, stubborn weight, and fatigue by finding the root cause of their nagging health symptoms and helping them live free. She believes wholeheartedly that women were created for more than mundane motherhood, chronic overwhelm, and #momlifeproblems and should have the energy and joy to lead lives they love.
