I don’t know about you but I have been a little more angst than usual since quarantine, lockdown and this Covid-19 pandemic. I’m not sure if I would call it anxiety but I do know it feels hard to focus sometimes, it feels difficult to be happy sometimes. Sometimes I want to cry or I do cry (even though I never cry LOL) and sometimes it feels hard to breathe. Sometimes I worry with thoughts about is this ever going to end. What makes it more difficult is that because we’re supposed to be SOCIAL DISTANCING many friends and family are not available to link with. And then when I do link with or talk to my friends and family the conversations are mainly about the negative and horrific things going on in the world. I try to find as much time link with others as I can do that we can create together...create memories that feels like are hard to get nowadays:
