We determine our happyness. We determine our sadness, our attitude, our mood and our focus and direction. All of these things are habitual. Our energy is habitual, believe it or not. We choose to get used to behaving the way we behave and develop triggers over time to the point where we can automatically feel whatever way we are accustomed to feeling. No one makes you happy. No one makes you sad. You do those things and can give credit to others or outside things. What are your triggers?
