“If I lose my mind, I know that I will always find it because I control what I fill my mind with and who I spend my time with.” We can’t control everything we hear but we can control what we choose to listen to. We can’t control what is offered to us and what is given but we can control what we choose to take, take in and receive. We can’t control what people decide to teach but we can control what we choose to learn. It’s important that we take more control over what we learn, what we receive and what we allow to influence us if we are going to be mentally healthy and successful.
