After experiencing a breakup, eye would usually dwell on what eye did wrong and sometimes argue with the person which would usually lead to burning bridges and wrecking any chance of seeing something positive or reflecting on what eye have learned from the relationship. Journaling is a form of reflection and after a breakup reflecting on what was learned, what was gained and how the person was good is important because it can make the difference between holding on to a vision that isn’t meant to be and letting go and moving on. Journaling can also help you positively self reflect so that if you guts were thinking about getting back together, you don’t ruin it by sharing all those hard or negative emotions that are felt immediately after a breakup. Journaling has helped me transition healthily because eye have experienced a few breakups and this was the only one eye feel isn’t negatively effecting and making me feel less worthy and that’s because eye journaled and wrote out things that reminded me of my value and worth inside and outside a relationship.
