We all know the saying, “It’s not what you know. It’s who you know.” Well who you know is just one part of the equation. The other half of the equation is how positive or productive our relationship is with who we know. What impression are we leaving on who we know? Will who we know provide a recommendation if we needed it? On the other hand, is who we know encouraging and inspiring us to achieve greatness or is who we know dissuading us? Is who we know an example of leadership, wealth, positivity or whatever else we aspire to exemplify ourselves. Who we know could be our family, friends, partners, mentors, coworkers, faculty, etc. What role do our relationships play on our success?
