Description

Of course, we want to surround ourselves with people of like minds, people who see things the way we see them and people who inspire us, people who push us and people who believe in us. Of course it helps to work with people who have similar interests and capabilities. But, how can surrounding ourselves with people who think entirely different from us help us? How can working with people who are interested in things we are not benefit us? Maybe their differences can help us widen our perspective. Maybe their differences can influence us to grow outside of our comfort zone and expose us to new things we otherwise wouldn’t see. Listen to Episode 57 of The Blue Poet Tree Podcast as Quindell Evans reflects on the positive effects of differences. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
