Catch up episode. Thank you for patience first off. Very busy week with work and some appts for my mother. Day 11 of Mudwtr and day 1/2 of no cigarette. 1/2 because I had a couple, the last of the pack this morning. Put on a patch after that. Did good today. Solar flairs are causing some energy craziness, be aware.
