Description

Meet Rachel Leonard Kennedy – an American author and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in marketing and relationship building. Her passion is in helping people turn small talk into big opportunities and find their tribe so they can finally feel like they belong. Her clients primarily consist of women between the ages of 18 to 45 who want to become better communicators in order to build deeper relationships, expand their career opportunities through networking and various social circles, and create more authentic relationships with themselves and others.

Rachel Leonard Kennedy’s prowess for relationship building, writing and creating an authentic public image that someone can feel confident in stems from her own upbringing and life’s journey. “Growing up in a Southern household where traditional roles and femininity are highlighted, with three brothers, meant I had a lot of exposure to seeing how men think. My mother was a stay-at-home mom, but also very entrepreneurial and because of this dynamic, I have a very feminine approach to business,” she says. “My late husband also had a job that moved us around constantly, and being married at such a young age I wasn’t even finished with my first degree. Out of necessity I turned to the internet for ideas on how to make money and discovered blogging. I started to learn how the power of story telling could help me connect with people, and help people connect with new ideas, experiences, and products that could solve a problem or bring them closer together. ”

Many may know Rachel Leonard Kennedy from the early blogging and influencer days. Her travel and lifestyle content brought in hundreds of thousands of clicks and income due to her months of studying the search engine optimization space. Finally, after creating content for a beauty serum that made her skin break out, she decided she could no longer pretend to promote products she did not actually believe in. In 2017, she began reaching out to her influencer contacts and offered up her services to ghost write their blogs, email newsletters and even website copy. “I remember the first blog post that made one of my clients $11,000 in one day. After that, I knew I’d figured out my calling: to help people by writing in a way that tells a good story,” she says.

Rachel Leonard is also a three time author. Her popular eBooks address and fix the three biggest things that keep people from having secure, authentic relationships: inaccurate or distorted self-image, low self-esteem and low self-confidence, and not knowing how to start building a social circle full of people who can enhance one's life and propel one forward both personally and professionally. Her networking, marketing and lifestyle tips have featured on numerous podcasts and talk shows as well as in magazines such as Vogue, Forbes, Business Insider, Homes & Gardens, Martha Stewart Living and The New York Times.

Kennedy is currently writing her fourth book, and in her spare time enjoys testing out both sweet and savory southern recipes, collecting vintage portraits and running her neighborhood book club in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where she currently resides. She also serves as Vice President for the FortWood Historic District and consults for Preserve Chattanooga, for which she created and launched a podcast series to highlight stories of notable residents.
