Seeking Sunshine 2.0 is finally here!
Learn the origin story behind this rebranding and what lead to this new direction for the show. Karaleigh talks about her journey as a podcaster trying to niche down and grow the Seeking Sunshine podcast, her deep dive into the realization that she didn’t want to be an autism mom, and how creativity and passion helped her to step into her full power as a passion coach helping moms to do what lights them up.

1. The more that I was patient, and the more that I surrendered to the idea that the answers gonna come if I just wait, it did. It was so much easier when I just allowed that answer to come in it’s own time.
2. I’m learning how important it is that we get to know ourselves SO well. And the more that you get to know yourself really, really intimately, the better human you are to the rest of the world. The better that you can understand what makes you tick, the better that you can understand where all your trauma has come from and why you do what you do- that understanding is worth it’s weight in gold, and every dollar you spent to get it.
3. In making things with my hands I found power in my life when I felt really powerless. There’s just something about making things and manipulating textiles that just brings you such a sense of accomplishment and it’s absolutely incredible.
4. It’s possible to be yourself- to be the amazing human being that you are- and to also be an incredible mother. You don’t have to give up who you are when you become a mom.
5. You’re already creative, you just need someone to bring it out of you.
6. It’s about confidence because you have to know how valuable and amazing you are, not for what you do, but for who you are.
7. You’re a rockstar, and the world needs to see your light. The world needs to see how bright you shine.
