Join us for an amazing conversation with Kelli Podzikowsky, mother and entrepreneur extraordinaire. Favorite take always: 1. A lot of the depression we feel is like the check engine light of a car- there’s a reason you’re feeling it, it’s your body telling you something isn’t right. 2. Put the bag down- the bag of fear, anger, disappointment, embarrassment, and sadness- and find the gratitude. 3. When you combat the things that are bringing you down with gratitude, those are pockets of sunshine that will blast through the darkness. 4. God is there- you are not alone. He is carrying you. Everything’s going to be ok. 5. Being able to focus on your vision- know where you’re trying to go and why you’re doing it is a huge thing. You can’t lose sight of it. 6. Don’t let your reason why become your reason why not. 7. Prioritize your values and plan your to-do list accordingly. 8. None of us were meant to be small! 9. Balance is a lie- it’s actually constant shifting. Knowing when to shift is an art and takes practice. 10. The resistance we feel in life is meant to refine us- if it’s easy, you’re not growing.
