Join Karaleigh in an interview with Daisy Haro. Daisy is a single mom, writer, motivational speaker, goat yoga teacher, and budding entrepreneur. She is passionate about health, whole body wellness, and how to be good at relationships. Takeaways: 1. Indecision is a decision- the hardest no is always the closest one to a yes. 2. Moving and taking up space helped me to reclaim my power. I started becoming confident. 3. The opposite of anxiety is confidence. 4. We are divine beings who are inherently powerful. 5. It’s so easy to label our emotions, right? We label them good or bad or right or wrong, but how much shame and guilt and suffering does that bring us? And it doesn’t need to. So I like to teach my students to view their emotions through the lens of neutrality- with acceptance, with gratitude, not judging them, not labeling them, just allowing them to be, because they’re all messengers- they all have such wisdom to bring. 6. We don’t have to wait until we are broken- self improvement should be something that we are always, constantly prioritizing in our lives. 7. We can literally change the entire trajectory of humanity just by healing ourselves. 8. People need hope. They need to know- you are not the patterns, you are not the behaviors, you are not the way you respond in conflict- you can change those things. 9. Health is not just physical wellness, it’s mental freedom, it’s emotional freedom. 10. The lion in you is sleeping, but it’s not dead. Let’s reclaim our power together.
