Join Karaleigh in an interview with Cristy Ann Kanooble, an author, comedian, host of the Hoe on the Go Podcast and founder of the Mentally Kill Project. Favorite takeaways: 1. I don’t just look for sunshine, I am the sunshine! 2. I feel like once you’ve seen the darkest parts of human nature, you really have no choice but to see the light after that. 3. Clearly I was meant for something more. 4. Learning who we are is sunshine. Learning how to process our emotions, learning how to become better humans- that is sunshine. As hard of a process as it is, there is beauty in that. 5. We’re all just feeling like failures when we’re all just humans having a human experience that includes fails and wins. But instead we’re only looking at the fails when we need to look at the wins too. 6. Look for the little victories. 7. If you don’t believe that you are the best, and that you are worth something, nobody else is either. 8. It’s not fake it until you make it, it’s believe it until it’s true. 9. You cannot pour from an empty cup, but even if your cup is overflowing, take notice if the cup your pouring into has holes in it.
