On this episode, I interview Tarryn. Tarryn is a Mum of 2 beautiful kids. She started studying midwifery, but then found her groove as a Doula and a Mentor and loves supporting women through all stages of motherhood. Tarryn speaks openly about her struggle with PND and the challenges she faced around the same time her daughter was born. She also fills us in on the village of professionals she recruited to helped her on her recovery journey.
