On this episode, I speak to Catie who is a Mum of 2 to Parker (4yrs) and Hamilton (7months). Catie talks to us about her experience with PND with Parker, which required multiple admissions to the Belmont Private Hospital for treatment for perinatal disorders. After losing her Dad in 2016, she then sadly lost her Mum suddenly just 1 week before she was due to give birth. This was the start of a very stressful postnatal period and Catie was diagnosed with complex grief as well as a new diagnosis of ADHD.
