My early morning post-meditation reflection. A quite vulnerable & personal share on what I've been moving through around this Eclipse season. Childhood stories that imprinted a sense of wrongness, not-enough-ness aka too-much-ness, shame & guilt, leading to repression, not feeling safe & supported, which is still sometimes showing up for me in a sense of victim + lack mentality.
In this episode, I share my process of leading myself back to wholeness, gratitude & love, without further repressing & neglecting the valuable, tender, hurting parts of me & my inner child. Sensual shadow play, baby. <3
