Phil has been a paramedic for the last 16 years and has been a Flight Medic for 11 of those years. He has worked on the rescue team, and also as a SWAT medic. He is one of my full time partners and talks about what it is like doing this job, and why it can offer so much to people who enjoy autonomy and constant learning and growth. He even touches on what it has been like to work with me over the last several years.
