Join me this week on the latest episode of Frontline Static, as I had the opportunity to interview Megan.
Megan is one of my clients who is currently a Nursing Student. She expresses that when we first met, her confidence had been rocked. Megan was also previously a collegiate volleyball player, who has always known what hard work looks like.
She had set the goal of working in the CVICU as a Student Nurse, and expresses how that goal seemed impossible at first. She talks of how she had doubts, prepped, kept hitting obstacles, and then got offered the position in her dream CVICU as a Student Nurse, just 10 minutes after the interview.
She talks of how life coaching has helped her grow into loving herself, has given her back her confidence, and how she is using what she has learned to now coach other healthcare workers in the realm of health and fitness.
She speaks of not making your road blocks mean that you can’t get there. She created space after clearing up her mind drama, to take care of herself, and is now helping other people on their health and fitness journey as well.
She has discovered the thoughts, “You can get anything you want. You can doubt yourself, AND still take small actions towards your goals.”
