Joe is a nurse who went from EMT, to firefighter, to ICU Nurse, to CCT, in a short amount of time in his nursing career. He speaks of the moment when he realized that the path he thought was the right one for him, wasn’t making him happy.
He speaks of how coaching helped him realize this, and how it helped him to find a job that he enjoys and makes him excited to go to.
He tells of how he found the right fit, and what it took for him to finally arrive there.
