Description

This has been the year of a lot of personal trials for me.

These are the moments where our brain tells us to quit.

To sit on the couch eat chips and cookies, & watch Netflix.

But, these are the moments where we want to lean into the challenges.

To feel overwhelmed, to allow sadness, to have extreme doubt.

Because allowing the hard emotions does not mean we will get stuck in them…

It means we are teaching ourselves to allow them, that we can do BIG things despite them…that we can be sad AND still successful at the same time.

And we can actually use them to help propel us into our goals, if we allow it.

Once you do, you will have a subset of skills to always fall back on in hard moments, and in turn you will be able to help someone else for the future.

This is what being a Flight Nurse is about.

Navigating hard moments and still showing up.

Join me in my candid conversation with Abby. A member of The Flight Prep Academy.

She talks about utilizing this group to go through her hard circumstances in life, and how it has helped her get on track to Flight with confidence and reassurance.

These are the skills you will rely on as a Flight Nurse.

This is what we are teaching in The Flight Prep Academy.

This is where you will create success on both the strategy AND mindset of getting to Flight and being successful after getting hired.
