Join me this week on Frontline Static, as I get to talk to Martin in The Flight Prep Academy.
He has newly received a Flight Nurse Position, and talks about when getting to Flight doesn’t go as planned.
He speaks on the importance of evaluating interviews, and preparing ahead of time as key and essential.
We talk a lot about Flight interviews specifically, and what to expect. He talks about how he navigated them to receive an offer.
I pose this question to everyone I work with. Are you willing to hear “no” 9 times, if you knew the 10th time you would get a YES? If the answer is YES, and you want it, you WILL get it.
We talk about leaving room for magic in this process, and how he got hired 5 months post doing an interview he thought he didn’t get.
You don’t need to hustle and overwork to get there, it will actually require you to SLOW DOWN.
However you get to Flight, will be how you will be once you arrive. If you overwork to get there, you will continue to hustle and burn out once hired.
Spend intentional time for yourself while working towards this goal. When you can do this, that is how you will create success of getting there AND post getting hired.

And, let’s go get it!
