Tom Wilson is Founder of Wave Changer an environmental surf organization that provides research and projects to speed up the transition to planet-friendly materials and encourage the right type of consumer behavior from surfers. Wave Changer was created on the back of an academic thesis focused on the surfing industry, after completing a Master's Degree in Environmental Science in 2018.

Extensive experience in the social and education sectors with The Big Issue, Save the Children, and the Social Impact Team at the University of Technology Sydney.
