T.K. Pillan is an entrepreneur and an investor. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Parter of PowerPlant Ventures, a fund that identifies and supports other companies to leverage the power of plants to deliver better nutrition in more sustainable and ethical ways. T.K. is also the Chairman and Co-Founder of Veggie Grill, a fully vegan fast food chain born in 2006 that has since become the largest vegan and vegetarian restaurant company in the U.S., and was named one of 'The 25 Most Innovative Consumer Brands of 2016' by Forbes.
