Being a minister for reconciliation is not an easy task but this is where the Rt. Rev. Patrick Augustine is so well equipped to do. Born and raised in Pakistan, Bishop Patrick distinguished himself as rector of St. Thomas Anglican Church in Islamabad who engaged in dialogue with Muslims and people of others faiths and ideologies. He moved to the United States where he finished Doctor of Ministry at Virginia Theological Seminary and was awarded the “Cross of St. Augustine.” He served as rector of Christ Episcopal Church in La Crosse, Wisconsin until his call as Bishop of Bor in South Sudan.
