How do you add keywords to Google Ads? You’ll only be able to add keywords after you’ve created an ad campaign and ad group. Add keywords when you’re launching a new campaign, or add them later. Here’s how to do that.
All right, I've got thousands of keywords to add in one campaign and I want to add one keyword in only one ad group. Is it possible? So you're trying to set up a SKAG ad group which is a single keyword ad group. Let me save you a lot of time, don't do it anymore. SKAGs don't work.
They used to work a few years back, but since the exact match is not exact anymore, save yourself a lot of time and if you really want to do this, you will need to learn Google Ads Editor. Put all of these keywords in a spreadsheet, copy from there, paste it into the editor, and upload. It will take five minutes.
