I have a law firm client which has seven law agents with separate seven phone numbers. My client wants leads on all seven numbers on the same keyword (Best lawyer in Dubai). Okay, is it possible to show all seven numbers (Call ads) on the same keyword if yes kindly tell me how? Okay, so I get your question that you've got seven people answering phone calls and you want each one of these to be receiving regular phone calls. So there are a couple of questions or things which I'm not sure about. Are they in different locations and different offices or in the same office? If they are in the same office then your phone system should be able to redirect either to the one who is free or on a round-robin basis. So you don't need to have such a complicated setup which you are saying that have seven numbers showing up on ads. You don't need that.
You just have one number on your website. Just imagine, think back and look at your website. Do you have seven numbers on there? Possibly not, because you will have just one main number and that is going to be diverted to the available salesperson. So I won't do that. On the other hand, if they are in different locations and different offices with different budgets possibly because different offices have different budgets, marketing budgets and so on or different locations, then I would keep them as separate. So you could have it depending on how you set up your account and your campaigns.
If it has each office got a separate account with its own budget or not? If so, then it's fairly straightforward. One account, one office or one agent, one phone number. If they are all in the same account then I would make separate campaigns for each phone number. And then you will see that you can allocate or separate the budgets out for each one of them and create seven different ad extensions and link that ad extension to that campaign or to that ad. And also when you write the ad which is presumed that you are running call ads, you use that separate number for that call ad. So it will be very simple and straightforward. So I hope that answers your question.
