You may think that Google Ads is hard to learn, but in this video, I'm going to show you a simple way to get started with Google Ads today.
Many people find Google Ads difficult in general maybe or they compare it to Facebook ads. Yeah, it's different. It's completely different. So if they are comparing it, then is there a problem? My question is why people in general find it difficult. It is because it's more technical? Expensive maybe? Not funky as Facebook as it's a little more sophisticated? Or maybe some guys think it’s limited to search ads only. Would love to have your insight on this. Okay, so I'm going to go through one thing at a time because you asked three, or four questions. Why do people find Google Ads difficult? Because they don't know what they're doing. They need to learn. If you don't know how to drive a car, it will be difficult for you to drive a car.
But if you know how to drive a car it will be easy for you. The same thing like for a pilot to fly a plane it's easy. But for us who are not a pilot, it's near impossible. So that's what they will it's not the expertise of an accountant or a plumber. They are good at their profession, they are not qualified or they are not experienced enough in Google Ads. I know some business owners on their own campaigns and get some really good results, which is fine because they've learnt it over the years and know how to run the campaigns for themselves. So finding a difficult area is east to their own.
Again, it's not more technical or expensive is when you make expensive mistakes and you don't set up a conversion tracking or have a dedicated landing page or something like that where you can't track all the conversions, then yes, it is expensive, mistake, funky is not funky as Facebook or not or is as sophisticated as any ad platform. In fact, Google Ads is the biggest platform out there, has been for many years. A lot of people do think that Google is only search ads on the Google page, display ads, Gmail ads, shopping ads, and video ads. Very few people consider it. And this is where you need to take your clients because very few people are doing it.
