I'm looking for a media buyer to run my client's ads, but can't find the perfect one. What skills you can expect if you're hiring a media buyer? So it's not about finding a perfect one. It's about how good or bad you’re systems, your workflows and your SOPs are. Give you a very good example.

Look at McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, Starbucks. All these chains of stores. Do they have Master Chef working for them? Highly skilled, highly experienced? No, they've got 16-year-olds, 18-year-olds flipping burgers all day long. And you will have the same quality in New York, London, in Shanghai, wherever, because they have a system. So it's not the fault of the media buyer that they can't work with you. And I'm not talking to you personally Chathresh.

If it was me and I can't find the right person is because I don't have the right systems and workflows in place. So you've got to work in a way that everything is systemized, so they just follow the instructions and you are going to get the results.
