With the Super Bowl officially behind us, the NFL offseason has officially kicked off. Franchise Tag season is here and we discuss whether guys like Lamar Jackson, Daniel Jones, Saquon Barkley, and Orlando Brown will be tagged, traded, or moved on from. We also look at who's in danger of being cut and what surprise trades we should expect to see this year. We then jump over to the NBA, and as we hit the stretch run towards the playoffs, we highlight players, teams, and coaches who are under the most pressure for the rest of the season. Finally, we put a bow on the 2023 All Star Weekend that featured the coming out party of Mac McClung, another feather in the cap for Damian Lillard, and the record low numbers of the NBA All Star Game.
