This week it's Lag B'Omer, the holiday you may have never heard about.... when we celebrate light, fire, and learning. Counting the 49 days between Passover and Shavuot can be a sad time until we get to the 33rd day, or Lag B'Omer, when we celebrate love, light and lots of stuff (including Daniella's wedding anniversary). Learn about the great Bar Kochba Revolt, Shimon Bar Yochai and our understanding of what it means to be in this transition period between freedom and elation - when we get the Torah.
