I admit it…I used to hate mornings! Waking up before 7am sounded insane to me for many years. Now, waking up at 7am would feel crazy because I would have slept in for 2+ hours.
I’m not suggesting you try to wake up at 5am tomorrow morning, but hopefully with this story, you’ll be convinced to get outside more often and enjoy more mornings. I need to take my own advice as well. Sometimes weeks go by and I haven’t enjoyed the beauty of nature.
