Most people (including me some years) try to change way too many things all at once on January 1st.  And what happens as a result?  We quit within 2 weeks of the new year and go back to how we were.

What if you wrote down ONE GOAL today for the first few months of 2022?  What would that one goal be?  After this episode ends, you’ll have a goal written down that you will focus on and smash in the first half of the new year!
