Taking a toddler to Europe is folly. They don't understand longitude and time changes and they do NOT adjust to jet lag at all! But I suppose one wouldn't know that until they had experienced it. Parenthood is full of stupid enterprises that hopefully only need to be done once to learn the lesson.
